Function and Event Spaces

When CommBank Stadium isn’t welcoming thousands of people for another world class event, its meeting & special events team and range of function spaces are ready to host conferences & events of any style.

Able to accommodate events from 2 to 1,000 guests, our versatile conference venue has 10 internal & 9 external areas ready to host your event. Plus for the ultimate impact – you could utilise the field of play, stadium screen and seating for up to 10,000 guests.

Cumberland Lounge

The largest event space in CommBank Stadium, the flexible layout of the Cumberland Lounge can cater for up to 700 guests in its largest configuration.

Featuring floor to ceiling windows that allow natural light to fill the room and give guests direct sight of the playing field.

Through the use of 6 fully sound proof movable walls, the Cumberland Lounge can be easily divided into three dedicated smaller individual function areas, allowing for multiple events, break out spaces, or functions held simultaneously without disruption.

Directors Lounge

For an intimate, premium function our Directors Club Room is an ideal option.

Centrally located on level 2 overlooking the the halfway line, this premium space provides incredible views of the CommBank Stadium playing field.

Featuring an exclusive 20 guest boardroom, this function space is perfectly suited for corporate events, board meetings and can be transformed to hold a dinner or casual cocktail function for up to 200 guests.

Networking Lounges

With an informal setting and a relaxed open-air atmosphere, our Networking Lounges are perfect for informal functions or medium-sized seated events.

Featuring an open air atmosphere with abundant natural light, sweeping views of CommBank Stadium’s playing field and the stadium’s big digital screens; CommBank Stadium’s lounges offer the perfect areas to host conferences, meetings and incentive events with a difference.

Outdoor Terraces

Our North West and South West Terraces provide unique covered outdoor spaces which are perfect for hosting cocktail events, conference breaks, product launches or informal dinners.

Located on outdoors on Level 2, the Terraces remain close to the other event rooms of CommBank Stadium, they also provide a unique space where they can break away from more “traditional” function and event areas of CommBank Stadium.

Private Suites

Looking for a smaller function & event venue that isn’t in a windowless hotel room?

CommBank Stadium’s numerous suites are flooded with natural light and offer expansive views across the stadium’s playing surface.

Perfect for boardroom meetings, intimate dinners or cocktail events; or as breakout spaces from a larger event function room.

There is a selection of Private Suites of varying sizes located through the Western Grandstand of the stadium, able to accommodate 6 to 40 guests.

Whether it’s a gala dinner, cocktail reception, product launch, fitness event, graduation ceremony or anything else you wish to create, CommBank Stadium’s field of play offers limitless possibilities.
