Bankwest Stadium – the new home of sport and entertainment in Western Sydney – has today confirmed it has partnered with Ticketek Australia for all event ticketing going forward, starting with the Community Open Day on Sunday 14 April.
Bankwest Stadium joins the illustrious ranks of ANZ Stadium, MCG, SCG, Suncorp Stadium, Adelaide Oval and AAMI Park as major venues covered by ticketek.com.au, a premier ticketing, technology and marketing network.
Bankwest Stadium is the new 30,000-seat at Parramatta, acclaimed for its design that will bring fans closer to the action than ever before in Australia.
Bankwest Stadium is managed under the authority of NSW Government agency Venues NSW and is operated by VenuesLive. Ticketek is one of 14 businesses in ticketing, live entertainment and data analytics owned and operated by TEG, Asia Pacific’s largest integrated live entertainment company.
Bankwest Stadium CEO Daryl Kerry said today that Ticketek’s vast experience would stand the new stadium in good stead in its first year of operations.

The opening sporting event at Bankwest Stadium is the NRL Premiership Round 6 blockbuster between Parramatta Eels and Wests Tigers on Easter Monday 22 April.
The Bankwest Stadium event schedule for 2019 includes 14 NRL matches, Waratahs home Super Rugby matches, international football between Western Sydney Wanderers and English club Leeds United, the Wallabies versus Samoa rugby Test, Canterbury Cup NSWRL Grand Final Day, and the Downer Rugby League World Cup 9s Sydney 2019.
