General Information

CommBank Stadium is located in the heart of Parramatta at 11-13 O’Connell Street, Parramatta, NSW.

CommBank Stadium was designed to seat 30,000 people across General Admission and Premium Product areas.

CommBank Stadium is well serviced by regular bus, train and ferry services. It is a short walk from the Parramatta CBD, 10 minutes from Parramatta Station.

Unfortunately CommBank Stadium does not have a membership program. Each home team has their own membership program.

CommBank Stadium is a 100% smoke-free stadium. There are designated smoking areas outside the gates,  on event days please to speak to any customer service staff member and they’ll direct you where to go.

With the Stadium business back on line after the COVID-19 pandemic, we are open again for expressions of interest and enquiries for the conduct of group booked CommBank Stadium tours outside of the Stadium’s events schedule.

Please contact our security team directly on [email protected] with a description of the item, day it was lost and location it was lost (if known). If it has been found they will advise you directly.

Event Day Information

Yes. All bags will be subject to the security screening process. To help avoid delays, it’s best to leave your bag at home. On all event days bag sizes are limited to 30x40cm.

Events will go ahead rain, hail or shine at CommBank Stadium unless patron and athlete/artist safety is at risk. CommBank Stadium is partially covered depending on where your seat is. Umbrellas may be brought into the Stadium but for the comfort of others should not be put up in the seating bowl.

There is no onsite parking for the general public at CommBank Stadium.

There are, however, a number of commercial parking stations in close proximity to the Stadium for patrons seeking to park in the Parramatta area. For details, please visit City of Parramatta parking here or Secure Parking here.

Yes, there are dedicated merchandise outlets located on Level 1 at Aisles 128, 121 and 111. For assistance finding the locations, please see a member of staff on event days.

Food may be brought into the stadium. Non-alcoholic beverages may be bought into the stadium. Please note: No glass or cans are permitted. For further information on Conditions of Entry click here.

Corporate areas have a dress code minimum of smart casual. 

As a minimum for general public areas, patrons must be appropriately clothed for a public place and must wear shoes. Patrons with bare feet will not be permitted entry.

Pass outs are available, please see a staff member at the event for more information.

The content on screens during events is run by the clubs. Please contact the home club directly for enquiries. 

Designated on-street parking areas will be provided for charter coaches and limousines on Stadium event days.  These are in the following locations immediately adjacent to Parramatta’s Prince Alfred Square (available on a first-come, first-served basis):

  • Marist Place (eastern side) which is an existing bus zone and can accommodate one coach/limousine only on event days;
  • Market Street (northern side) which is currently sign-posted as ‘no parking 8am-6pm – buses and coaches excepted’ and can accommodate six coaches.  Temporary clip-on signage will be installed for events scheduled outside of the designated no parking period to allow this area to continue to be used as a coach parking zone.

Note that currently no coaches or large buses can enter the car-park given there is insufficient room to turn-around to exit the car park. Mini-buses may be an exception, please send us an enquiry if you’re unsure.

For safety reasons, strollers and prams are not permitted inside CommBank Stadium’s seating bowl.

Stroller cloaking areas are internal of public gates, A, B, C and D. Stroller cloaking areas are roped off, however, you should not leave any valuables in the stroller. Please see event day staff for more information on storing your stroller during the event.

Ticketing

Tickets for all events held at CommBank Stadium should only be purchased through Ticketek. All questions regarding ticketing should be directed to Ticketek on 132 849.

Ticketek is the only authorised ticketing provider for CommBank Stadium. For the full event calendar and purchase links see here.

All questions regarding lost tickets should be directed to the place of purchase.

The best option for group bookings is to go directly through our ticketing partner Ticketek. Their number for all events is: 1300 364 001

Viagogo and other ticketing sites are not authorised to sell tickets for any event at CommBank Stadium, and sellers on these sites often fraudulent.

Tickets purchased via 3rd party on-seller sites including Viagogo, Ticketblaster, Queen of Tickets, E-Bay, Gumtree (and others) may not gain entry into the event.

We have no ability to check the validity of tickets not purchased through official ticketing partners and cannot assist should entry be refused on scanning.

Very young children 3 and under may be admitted free-of-charge on the provision they are accompanied by an adult and will share their seat and sit on their knee.

All on sale dates are decided directly by the Clubs. Please contact the club directly for information on when particular games go on sale.

There is water available throughout the venue. Please ask one of our friendly event staff for directions to the closest one.

Yes, there are Parent Rooms are located on level 1 at Ailes 120, 108 and 103. Please speak to one of our event staff on the day for assistance locating them.

Yes there is a Changing Place located on Level 1 at Aisle 122. Please speak to one of our event staff on the day for assistance locating the changing place. 

Yes, we have a male prayer room located on Level 1 at Aisle 122 and a female prayer room located on Level 1 at Aisle 125. Please speak to one of our event staff on the day for assistance locating either space. 

There are ATMs located on Level 1 at Ailes 128 and 111. Please speak to one of our event staff on the day for assistance locating an ATM. 

Yes there are First Aid facilities located on Level 1 at Aisles 128, 120 and 102. Please speak to one of our event staff on the day for assistance locating them.
