Our Team
Our in-house Meetings and Special Events team gives our guests a rich dining experience underpinned by our passionate chefs who bring with them years’ of experience from across the globe to make our venue one of the best in Sydney.
Our award-winning VenuesLive culinary team at CommBank Stadium is led by Executive Chef Mark Adler who has had almost 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, managing restaurants and leading teams across catering and events, hotels and clubs.
Mark works closely with Culinary Ambassador and Australian food icon Matt Moran on menu development and execution for our scores of events.
I am thrilled to be partnering with CommBank Stadium and having the opportunity to collaborate with Executive Chef Mark Adler and his team to provide an exciting new culinary experience.
You can expect to see an amazing array of food offerings during your event experience with a focus on fresh, seasonal produce that will deliver a culinary experience like no other.
