The Parramatta Eels will take on reigning premiers Melbourne Storm in a Round 2 Thursday Night Football blockbuster on 18 March to launch NRL at Bankwest Stadium in season 2021.
The mighty Eels will play 11 of their home games at their spiritual home in 2021 – and their Members and supporters will also take up residence as the away fans against arch-rivals Wests Tigers in the traditional Easter Monday classic on 5 April.
The Eels wrap up the regular-season with a Friday Night Football cracker against Grand Finalists the Penrith Panthers on 3 September.
The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs will play 4 of their home games at Bankwest Stadium in season 2021 while the Tigers will play 4 home games at the venue, including the Easter Monday belter.
The Bulldogs open their account at the Stadium against Penrith Panthers on Saturday 20 March at the fan-friendly time of 3pm.
Three of the four Tigers home games at Bankwest Stadium will be against rival Sydney clubs (Mon 5 April v Eels, Sun 25 April v Manly, Fri 28 May v Dragons) while their fans will be the away supporters at Bankwest when the Eels host the Tigers in Round 14 on Sunday 13 June.
All NRL games at Bankwest Stadium in season 2021 will be staged in alignment with existing NSW Public Health orders and guidelines at the time.
